The Cadillac or Wall Unit is one of the most important training devices in Pilates along with the Reformer and the mat. It is probably the device with the greatest variety of exercises and also offers the possibility of a very fine adjustment of the degree of difficulty. It is therefore not surprising that the Cadillac is used particularly often in Pilates private training.
