Эта уникальная книга была разработана Всесоюзным научно-исследовательским институтом продуктов брожения, выпущена издательством «Легкая и пищевая промышленность» в 1981 году и содержит рецептуру всех спиртных напитков, выпускавшихся в СССР, включая союзные республики (Украина, Белоруссия, Литва и т.д.).
