This book presents the state-of-the-art millimetre wave antennas for next-generation 5G communications. The antenna is an integral part of a communication system, and it is regarded as an intelligent sub-system which can support beamforming, multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO), massive MIMO and other multiplexing techniques for advanced communication systems. Since propagation losses associated with the millimetre waves (mm-waves) and the signal blockage due to the objects present between transmitter and receiver restrict the performance of the millimetre wave wireless system, novel antenna topologies are required to address such issues.
